Every document, read and filed
Doctors’ letters, lab reports, discharge summaries. The AI reads each one, says what kind of document it is, and pulls out the values. Search covers the text inside the files, not just their names.
Medication with its history
What is taken now, at what dose, since when. A dose change becomes a new entry instead of overwriting the old one, so the history survives.
Diagnoses with their source
Each diagnosis names the documents it came from. When several letters mention the same one, they attach to it rather than piling up as duplicates.
Height, weight and other values
Measurements over time, with the trend visible. Taken from the documents automatically, or entered by hand.
Lab values with reference ranges
Blood counts and other results as the lab printed them, including the reference range, so a value out of range is visible. Grouped the way the report groups them.
Bills for the insurer and the tax return
OpenAvisio reads the amount off an invoice and you confirm it. The list shows what you paid, what was reimbursed and what is still open, and exports as a table for an application or your tax return.
Appointments and follow-ups
Dates found in a document are proposed for the calendar; you accept them. Subscribe to the calendar and the appointments appear in the one on your phone.
Pflegegrad, with the assessment behind it
The grade a Pflegekasse assigned, since when, and from which Bescheid: the number you are asked for on every form. Kept as a history rather than overwritten, because an upgrade often takes effect retroactively. The six modules of the assessment are kept too, so you can see where the care need actually moved, not just that the number changed.
The deadline for objecting, worked out for you
A decision from a Krankenkasse or Pflegekasse can be objected to, normally within a month, and the last day is never printed on the letter. OpenAvisio recognises the paragraph on legal remedies, works the date out from the date of the decision, shows how it got there, and reminds you twice while there is still time to act. It also keeps the reasons the Kasse gave, word for word.
The demo holds one fictional patient and resets every night, so nothing you do there sticks around.
