Introduction
OpenAvisio is a digital health record. It keeps every medical document about one person in one place — for yourself, for your child, for a relative, or for a care home.
You upload a document: a doctor's letter, a lab result, a prescription, a hospital report. OpenAvisio reads it, files the important details, and sorts everything by date. Appointments and check-ups land on a shared calendar.
What OpenAvisio does
- Takes documents — PDF, photo, or scan. The AI reads the text, works out what kind of document it is, and files the values for you.
- Everything in one record — diagnoses, medications, measurements, lab values, and incidents.
- Timeline — appointments, hospital stays, and follow-ups appear in order. OpenAvisio proposes them from the documents.
- Ask questions — you ask in plain language. The AI answers and names the documents it looked in.
- Bills and reimbursements — OpenAvisio reads the amount off an invoice; you confirm it. It lists what you paid, what was reimbursed, and what is still open, and exports the list for an insurance application or your tax return.
- More than one carer — one person can have several carers. And one carer can look after several records.
- On your own server — your data stays where you want it.
