The AI changes nothing in the record. It gives no advice and makes no diagnoses. That stays with the doctors.

OpenAvisio reads the amount off an invoice and you confirm it. The list shows what you paid, what was reimbursed, and what is still open. You can export it as a table.

The AI runs at your place too
The AI works on that same computer. You need no service on the internet.
The source code is open
Anyone can read what OpenAvisio does. It is free for private use. The licence is called AGPL-3.0.
Take it with you, or delete it
You can download all your data at any time and use it elsewhere. Or delete it completely — then it is gone.
