You ask "Since when has she been taking Levetiracetam?" and the answer says which letter it came from. So you can look it up yourself.
It shows you the entries
You ask "How often did we see Dr. Meier?" and get all the appointments with their dates — not just the number four. You cannot check a number; you can check a list.
It only reads
The AI changes nothing in the record. It answers from the record and names the source. Advice and diagnoses belong to the doctors.

Family, care service, and guardians look at the same record. Each sees only what you share with them.
Share documents with the doctor
You send a link for reading. The link expires after a while. You see how often and when it was last opened, and you can block it at any time.
Bills for the insurer and the tax return
OpenAvisio reads the amount off an invoice and you confirm it. The list shows what you paid, what was reimbursed, and what is still open. You can export it as a table.

With Ollama the AI runs on your computer too, and your data never leaves it.
The source code is open
Anyone can read what OpenAvisio does. It is free for private use. The licence is called AGPL-3.0.
Take it with you, or delete it
You can download all your data at any time and use it elsewhere. Or delete it completely — then it is gone.
